This news comes after an increasing demand for the sauce following the Rick and Morty episode debuted on Adult Swim, with the restaurant chain releasing three jars of the rare Mulan sauce in a Twitter contest. However, there was not almost enough to sate the raging fervor of "Rick and Morty" fans, who turned out across the nation at various McDonalds locations, in far greater numbers than the company expected.

McDonald's teased a limited rerelease of the McNugget sauce for one day only, and some of these dorks reportedly drove for hours to participating locations to get some.
